Founded in November of 2018, the non-profit organization Dr. James Gilmore, Jr. Institute for Human Development was created to address a need for free and low-cost personal, business, and career opportunities for adults and youth. The organization strives to provide seminars on small business development and legalities, resources for job and career attainment, parenting services, and more. It is our hope that the organization reaches and transforms the lives of people and help them become citizens of excellence!
